We are in need of an experienced Formworker to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating forms and molds that are used for pouring concrete and other construction materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut and shape materials according to specifications
- Set up forms for pouring concrete or other construction materials
- Place reinforcing bars or mesh into the forms
- Pour and spread concrete or other construction materials into the forms
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms after the concrete has set

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems is preferred
