A well-established construction company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to completed construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish, or stain to surfaces of completed construction projects
- Prep surfaces by sanding, filling holes, and ensuring smoothness
- Follow blueprints and client specifications to ensure accurate finishing
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Biometric passport preferred
