Online Moderator for Indian Market


As an Online Moderator for our Indian market, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating all user-generated content on our platform. This includes forums, chat rooms, and social media posts. Your main goal is to ensure a safe and positive online experience for our users while also maintaining the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform in real-time
- Review and approve or reject user posts based on company guidelines
- Handle user inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement moderation policies
- Conduct regular audits of user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, language, and social media trends
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Prior experience in online moderation is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must be willing to work full time (40 hours per week) on a flexible schedule

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Akron, USA. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
