Physician Assistant in Dukhan, Qatar



We are a well-respected medical facility in the city of Dukhan, Qatar seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to join our team. As a PA, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient evaluations, including taking medical histories and performing physical exams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and X-rays
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans
- Assist with minor surgical procedures
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Qatar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PA in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali or Swahili is a plus)
- Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred
