A reputable company in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month. Preference will be given to candidates who are English-speaking Filipinos with previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on equipment and structures as needed
- Install new fixtures and equipment as required
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and faucets
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements when necessary
- Repair or replace damaged furniture, windows, doors, and other items
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino preferred)
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular working hours if needed
