Executive Chef at a Seasonal Resort in Khanpur
We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a seasonal resort in Khanpur. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as experience in managing a kitchen and culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain budget and quality standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production
- Monitor food costs and maintain profitability while providing high-quality meals
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the resort
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef in a similar setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or service
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1700 USD per month
