Entry-Level Tiler in Faro, Portugal


We are excited to offer a contract position for an entry-level Tiler in Faro, Portugal. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings. This position does not require prior experience but a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners
- Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesive materials
- Set tiles in place according to design plans or specifications
- Align tiles properly and ensure they are evenly spaced
- Apply grout and sealant to fill gaps between tiles
- Remove excess grout or sealant after drying
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
- Passion for working with your hands and attention to detail
- Ability to read design plans or specifications
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating tile quantities
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy tile boxes or standing for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn new techniques and continuously improve skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one before starting work

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As you gain experience and improve your skills, there is potential for career advancement and higher pay.
