We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team in Ufa. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, on floors, walls, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in tiling and must be able to work efficiently and accurately to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using tools such as tile cutters
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and removing old tiles
- Install tiles in a variety of patterns and designs according to client specifications
- Apply grout between tiles and ensure a smooth finish
- Repair or replace damaged or cracked tiles
- Ensure all work is completed within given deadlines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Solid understanding of different types of tiles and their installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow precise instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in order to liaise with clients effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in tiling is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

City:
This position is located in Ufa.
