Florist Assistant


We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Vilnius. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about flowers and looking to gain hands-on experience in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders
- Prepare and maintain flower inventory, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Help with packaging, labeling, and pricing of floral products
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and orders
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tools and supplies
- Assist with deliveries as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a flower shop or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or additional hours when needed

Salary: 1100$ per month

This position is suitable for men who are passionate about flowers. No English language skills are required as long as the candidate can communicate effectively with the team.
