Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. You will use your creativity and knowledge of different flowers to design visually appealing arrangements that meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discussing client's requirements and preferences
- Selecting appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arranging flowers in a visually appealing manner
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their maintenance, and shelf life
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills to understand client's needs and preferences
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed

Location: Vilnius (preferably Indian nationality)

Salary: $1700 per month (part-time)
