Architectural Designer

We are currently looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating detailed plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Nepali is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project designs
- Develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budget constraints and building codes
- Present designs to clients and make any necessary revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and technology advancements

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreign candidates. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architectural design. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
