Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring a smooth workflow for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all tasks
- Create and maintain budgets for office expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Ensure a clean and organized office space at all times
- Assist with HR duties including recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Plan company events and meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
