Office Manager
We are currently hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all administrative activities in the office. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversee daily office operations, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and expenses for the office
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Gujrat. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
