Job title: Plasterer


Our company is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix plaster materials according to project requirements
- Apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level surfaces using trowels and other tools
- Repair damaged areas of existing plaster
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Ensure work is completed within set timelines and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with different types of surfaces such as walls, ceilings, or exterior facades
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to plastering
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- Good communication skills
