Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Malindi. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all masonry work on our construction projects. This position is open to Indian nationals and does not require English proficiency.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

City: This job is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal city in Kenya known for its pristine beaches and vibrant culture.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours
- No English proficiency required, but basic communication skills are preferred
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all masonry work on construction sites, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans to accurately complete projects
- Train and supervise mason assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times on site
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on sites
