Mason/Bricklayer for Construction Company in Malindi

Our construction company in Malindi is seeking a skilled Mason/Bricklayer to join our team. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with no specific nationality or language requirements. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Mason and be able to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks and other building materials to construct walls, foundations, chimneys, etc.
- Measure and cut materials to fit specifications
- Mix mortar and spread it evenly between layers of bricks
- Use different tools such as trowels, hammers, levels, etc. to ensure precision in construction
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth progress of the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mason/Bricklayer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions
- Can work independently or as part of a team

Salary: Starting salary of $1000 per month will be offered based on experience and skills.

Location: Malindi, Kenya. This position does not include accommodation.
