Office Assistant - Multan, Pakistan
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital
- Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases as needed
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned by the office manager or supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work full-time on a contract basis without accommodation
