Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Multan. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers who are looking to kick-start their career in the administrative field.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for managers or executives
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month (without accommodation)

Location: Multan (local candidates preferred)
