Administrator for Student Accommodation in Muharraq
Our student accommodation facility in Muharraq is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our student housing facility, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation facility
- Managing the housing application process and assigning rooms to students
- Facilitating communication between students and management
- Maintaining records and handling administrative tasks such as billing and invoicing
- Coordinating with external vendors for repairs and services
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing any issues that may arise
- Organizing events and activities for students to promote a sense of community within the housing facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a housing or residential setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and external vendors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to student accommodation is preferred
