Barista for English-Speaking Contract Position in Ufa, Russia

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista for a contract position in Ufa, Russia. Our ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with at least 1 year of experience working as a barista. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages according to our high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe and workstations at all times
- Restock inventory as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
