Entry-Level Turner in Kaunas, Egypt or Nepal


We are seeking an Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Kaunas, Egypt or Nepal. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to shape and form metal workpieces according to specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone with little to no experience in the field, but with a strong interest in learning and developing their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications
- Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform turning operations on metal workpieces
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Adjust machine controls and change tool settings to keep dimensions within specified tolerances
- Inspect first-run pieces for defects and adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary for efficient production
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Technical training or previous experience in turning preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
