Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Turner
- Proficiency in operating lathes, milling machines, and other turning tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols while operating machinery

Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
