Assistant Restaurant Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant located in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, and managing staff
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Manage financials such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs accepted)
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
