Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Karachi. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in accordance with local health codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and food safety procedures
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institute
- Experience working in fine dining restaurants or hotels
