Concierge Assistant
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Concierge Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, and other services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and assist with luggage handling
- Handle cash transactions for services provided by the hotel
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and poise
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Salary: 1000$ per month plus benefits.
City: El-Ain, Philippines (Filipino nationality preferred) or Nepal (Nepali nationality preferred).
