Office Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Ajman. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and we welcome candidates of Pakistani nationality who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the management team
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Train and supervise office staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role for at least 2 years
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pakistani nationality preferred
