Barista - Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the system
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure quality control by following the company's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and build relationships

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
