We are seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Akron. Our bakery specializes in traditional Indian baked goods such as naan, roti, and samosas. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of different breads and pastries using traditional Indian methods and recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Indian breads and pastries
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Prior experience working as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full time, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
