IOS Developer



As an IOS developer, you will be responsible for designing and building applications for Apple devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Your primary focus will be on the development of iOS applications and their integration with backend services. To ensure success in this role, you should have a strong understanding of iOS frameworks and a passion for creating intuitive and seamless user experiences. This position is based in Faro, Portugal on a contract basis with the option for remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IOS developer
- In-depth knowledge of Swift programming language
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data or Core Animation
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal but has the option for remote work.
