Skilled Handyman

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Moscow. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. The ideal candidate should have experience in these areas and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken appliances.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify any potential issues or safety hazards.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry problems.
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs.
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and carpentry.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Salary:
$1600 per month
