Job Title: Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and protecting historical buildings and structures in the city of Lisbon. Your main duties will include conducting thorough assessments of historical sites, designing strategies for preservation and restoration, and overseeing the execution of these plans. You will also collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with preservation regulations and guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of architectural history, as well as knowledge of building materials and preservation techniques. You must possess strong design skills and be able to create detailed plans for restoration projects. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential to effectively coordinate with various teams involved in the preservation process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an architect or preservation specialist
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Strong design skills with the ability to create detailed plans
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Familiarity with local preservation regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
