We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Almada, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality beverages to our customers while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista, be knowledgeable about different types of coffee and brewing methods, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Take inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledgeable about various types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
