We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that our products are effectively displayed and promoted to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotions and displays
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent knowledge of merchandising strategies and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility in working hours as some weekends may be required
