As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery and equipment in our construction site in Kaunas. Your primary duties will include driving, maneuvering, and controlling equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes to complete various tasks according to project needs. This position is suitable for men who have experience operating heavy equipment and are able to work in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Use various tools to dig, load, lift, and move materials
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
- Report any malfunctions or damages to equipment immediately
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in a construction setting
- Knowledge of operating different types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
