As an operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Understand and interpret blueprints, maps, and project plans to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, maps, and project plans
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per week as well as accommodation for non-local candidates. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.
