Heavy Equipment Operator


We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and front-end loaders to complete construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job requirements
- Complete daily maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Read and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Use GPS systems to ensure accurate grading and excavation
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with valid documentation to work in the United States
- No prior experience required, but previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in different weather conditions and on varying terrains
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
