We are a rapidly growing surveying company based in Akron, USA and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys of land and properties using various specialized equipment and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and perform regular calibration checks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Professional licensed Surveyor (PLS)
- Experience working on construction or development projects
