Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at our restaurant in Faro, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in all aspects of kitchen management. You will work closely with the head chef to create menus, order supplies, and maintain food quality and safety standards. Your main duties will include supervising kitchen staff, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring timely service to our customers. You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is also essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment. This full-time position offers a salary of $1300 per month, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
