Industrial Alpinist



We are seeking experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights, including building maintenance, inspection and repair, construction projects, and emergency response.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, structures, and equipment at heights using specialized climbing techniques
- Inspecting structures for signs of damage or wear
- Performing construction work such as welding, painting, and installation of equipment
- Responding to emergency situations such as rescues or repairs during natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and used correctly
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Certification in industrial alpinism techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at great heights in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: $1300 per month
