Industrial Architect in Moscow



The Industrial Architect will be responsible for the design and planning of industrial facilities and structures in Moscow. This role requires a high level of technical expertise as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility and requirements for industrial projects
- Develop architectural designs, including plans, sections, and elevations in accordance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and construction schedules
- Oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity is maintained
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship during construction phase
- Make necessary revisions to design plans based on client feedback or changing project needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect in a similar setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques for industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-specialists
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Moscow. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the city.
