We are in need of a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems and equipment. This includes reading technical drawings, using hand and power tools, and ensuring all work is completed according to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the layout and assembly of mechanical systems
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, install, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina for working with heavy machinery in various positions (standing, kneeling, crouching)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary: 1800$ per month
