IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other devices
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Train clients on how to use various hardware and software applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (candidates must be authorized to work in the US)

Preference: Pakistani nationals living in Atlanta or willing to relocate. English-speaking candidates preferred.
