Construction Project Coordinator


Our construction company in Lahore is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree will also be considered).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but may require occasional travel within the city or surrounding areas.
