We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Nizwa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for temporary employment without prior experience. Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates. As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing hot and cold beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Operating coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining areas
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Handling cash transactions accurately
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt service with a smile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds if needed

While prior experience as a Barista is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is passionate about the craft of coffee-making. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for temporary employment with visa sponsorship.
