We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up forms, placing and smoothing concrete, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. You must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for pouring by cleaning and setting up forms
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels or other equipment
- Monitor concrete to ensure proper curing and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with hand tools such as trowels, shovels, and screeds
- Ability to read blueprints is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week. The job may involve working on weekends or evenings depending on project deadlines. The company offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates but does not provide accommodation.
