We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Las Vegas! As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Pour concrete into forms according to specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing compounds
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Repair any damaged or broken concrete structures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and use power tools
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
