CNC Operator


The company is currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery.

Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and instructions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure quality control by monitoring machine output and adjusting settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience operating CNC machines preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
