Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design and planning to construction and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Oversee the planning and design phases of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project proposals, blueprints, and contracts to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are being met and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are being met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)

Salary: 1600$
Location: Remish (accommodation provided)
