Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable architectural designs.
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for construction projects.
- Monitor progress of projects and address any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative design concepts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management.
- Proven experience leading a team of architects or designers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
