Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Ufa. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software products
- Identify, record, and document bugs and defects in an organized manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure all bugs have been resolved
- Monitor product performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to ensure high-quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1400 per month
